Architectural Tile & Marble, Inc., (ATM) was founded by Wil Ramos, Jr. in 1987. We are a full service tile and stone contractor providing exceptional craftsmanship in the design and installation of tile, stone, wood, carpet and other resilient applications, as well as floor underlayment systems for waterproofing and crack suppression. Our family has been in the tile and stone industry since 1956, when Wil Ramos, Sr. founded one of the largest tile and marble companies in the southeastern United States.

Installing over 500,000 sq.ft. of tile annually, ATM employs only the most experienced and knowledgeable stonemasons and craftsmen in the tile and stone industry. We are currently involved in importing, manufacturing and installation of marble, granite, procelain and ceramic for both interior and exterior projects. We specialize in the hospitality, sports and event centers, office and retail, aviation, healthcare and high-end multi-family construction sectors.
Wil Ramos, Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Wil serves as the principal shareholder and is President and Chief Executive Officer of Architectural Tile and Marble. Having literally grown up in the tile and marble industry, he officially began his career in 1980 starting as a tile setter in the field and ascending through the positions of Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Operations Manager, before assuming the role of Vice President and General Manager of the family business, Suncoast Tile of Tampa. In 1987 he took the helm and re-branded the family business as Architectural Tile and Marble. Wil studied Architecture at Auburn University and Civil Engineering at the University of South Florida.
William A. Long, III
Chief Operating Officer
With a background in building construction, Bill serves as Chief Operating Officer of Architectural Tile and Marble. Bill is a lifelong resident of Tampa and has extensive relationships in the Greater Tampa Bay community. He has expertise in estimating, project and operations management, and as a certified Class “A” General Contractor, provides ATM with the ability to work within any county in the State of Florida. Before joining ATM, Bill was Project Executive at Tampa based EWI Construction. Prior experience includes project management duties at The Beck Group, a long tenured ATM client. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and Master’s Degree in Finance Construction from the University of Tampa.
Senior Vice President and Project Manager
A life-long resident of the Greater Tampa Bay area with an extensive client network, Paul is ATM’s Senior Vice President and Project Manager. Paul’s nearly 21 years of tenure with ATM is anchored by a background in building materials. His expertise includes revenue generation, extimating, job costing, and project management as the principal liaison between the Company and specific customers. Paul is a graduate of Georgia Technological Institute where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
Chief Estimator and Project Manager
Utilizing her deep background in interior design along with construction experience, Karen serves as ATM’s Chief Estimator and is also one of the firm’s Project Managers. In her role as Chief Estimator, Karen oversees and performs job take-offs, estimating and costing projects for bid. As one of ATM’s Project Managers, she is the principal liaison between the Company and client from procurement through project closeout. Karen earned her Associates degree in Interior Design from Paier College of Art and studied Business Management at Indiana University.
Ansley serves as the Company’s Controller, managing all aspects of business administration including but not limited to cash management, accounts payable and receivable, and generates the monthly balance sheet, income statement and work in progress (WIP) schedule. She also manages the Company’s insurances and is responsible for importing materials. Ansley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality from Auburn University with a minor in Business in 2011.
