Since 1956 the Ramos name has been synonymous with the tile and stone industry. Wilfred Ramos, Sr. was the founder and CEO of one of the largest tile and marble conglomerates in the Southeastern United States. He founded the Ceramic Tile Association of Florida and was considered an expert in the stone industry. With partnerships in Europe and with the Italian Trade Commission, he passed on a generation of experience, knowledge and relationships. All of Wil Sr.’s five sons were raised in the industry.

WIL RAMOS, JR.
PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Wil is ATM’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Wil began his career early in the in the tile and marble industry first in the field as a tile setter, holding various positions within the firm before assuming the role of Vice-President of, his then family business, Suncoast Tile of Tampa. In 1987 Wil re-branded the firm as Architectural Tile and Marble. Known for his extensive industry knowledge and direct relationships with tile and stone producers around the world, Wil brings a level of experience and connections shared by few. Wil focuses on identifying new clients, working with existing clients, advising ATM’s leadership team and serving as a mentor within the organization. A lifelong resident of Tampa, Wil has extensive relationships in the Greater Tampa community. Wil attended Auburn University where he studied Architecture and later Civil Engineering at the University of South Florida.
BILL LONG, III
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
After over a decade of experience in large-scale commercial general contracting and holding various management positions, Bill joined ATM and shifted his focus to the specialty segment of the commercial construction industry. Bill attended the University of Florida where he earned a B.S. in Building Construction from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Construction Management and attended graduate school at the University of Tampa where he earned his MBA. Bill holds an unlimited Florida general contractors license. Bill focuses on process improvement, managing risk, developing our management team, managing growth and developing new clients. Bill is a Tampa native with lifelong connections to the Tampa community.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Paul’s tenure with ATM extends over two decades and contributes a deep knowledge and wide-ranging experience within the tile and stone industry, anchored by a background in building materials. Paul oversees project operations, preconstruction activates and existing client relationships. Paul attended Georgia Technological Institute where he earned his B.S. in Building Construction and is a lifelong Tampa resident.
Ansley serves as ATM’s Controller, responsible for management of the firm’s financial operations. Ansley’s responsibilities include several areas in the firm – accounting, financial planning, IT, insurance, and legal. Ansley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality from Auburn University with a minor in Business. Ansley is a lifelong Tampa resident.
DIRECTOR OF PRECONSTRUCTION
Karen leads ATM’s preconstruction team. Karen works with new and existing ATM customers during the budget and bidding phase to estimate all relevant scopes and serves as the principal liaison between the firm and client through all budget and procurement activates. Her work includes developing comprehensive cost analysis, assisting project teams in making intelligent and informed decisions and developing value-engineering alternatives to keep projects within their budget parameters. Karen attended Paier College of Art where she earned her A.A. in Interior Design and studied Business Management at Indiana University.
